- The seminar and lectures should deepen knowledge of the Czech literary history and provide more detailed overview of the Czech medieval, renaissance and baroque literature.
- Learning outcomes
- Students will be familiar with multilingual concept of the Old Czech literature. Another learning aims:
Students are able to characterise older literary eras, styles or poetic traditions and the representative literary works;
they will know genre system of Old Czech literature;
they will able to characterize the canonical literary works written in Old Church Slavonic, Latin, German and Czech. - Syllabus
