- Course objectives
- The seminar is focusing on the acquisition of basic knowledge and skills needed for research on the older history of Central Europe. Emphasis is placed analyze and interpretation of various types of historical sources, especially written sources, which the researcher may encounter in the study of the phenomena of medieval and early modern history. The student will also gain experience with the preparation and presentation of a selected topic in the form of a seminar paper and learn the basic terminology.
