Course objectives
The seminar is about to discover the main features of alternative theatre ways in the contemporary culture. Examples of specific drama, both texts and videos will be introduced to students, developing the notion of alternative theatre in the context of world and Czech theatre culture.

Teacher's information
1. Active participation in the seminar (two absences are permitted);
2. During the semester a student is obliged to read, to participate in class discussions and finish required assignments.
3. Evaluation is done by reading the required students´ materials and depend on discussions participation in the class.
4. The final paper (approx. 5 standard pages) will be given at least five days before the system evaluation.
5. Credits will be given only to the end of the winter semester and the work must be handed over at least a week before the deadline because the lecturer will have time to read and eventually have time to return a work to its rewriting.
