Course objectives
The course is an introduction to typography with special attention to modern font design. The course exploration of typographic structures, terminology and methods as a tools for typographic problem solving and type usage and explains the functionality of technological tools (especially open-source DTP WYSIWYM tool LaTeX) used in the whole procedure of professionals print output production.
