Course objectives
The aim of the lectures is to provide students with the information on electronic texts and hypertexts in the world of internet.
Syllabus
  • Non-linearity of human mind processes versus linearity of texts
    From text to hypertext (development in the second half of 20th cent.)
    Limits and possibilities of texts in the electronic media
    Changes of expression in written texts depending on their non-linear frame
    Spoken and written language in the electronic communication
