- Course objectives
- The basics of the development of law and law culture in the Czech Lands from the beginnings until the establishment of the Czech Republic (10-20 century, according to particular historical periods): public and private law, criminal and private judiciary according to territorial, factual and chronological point of view, sources of legal character.

- 1. Introduction to history of law
2. Law of so called sacral and patrimonial monarchy (5th -13th century)
3. Law of estate monarchy (14th century - beginning of the 17th century)
4. Law of absolutist monarchy (beginning of the 17th century - half of the 19th century)
5. Law of civil states on the territory of the Czech republic (half of the 19th century - 1993)
6. Law competence and marital and family law
7. Procedural law
8. Jus in re
9. Law of obligation
10. Right of succession
11. Criminal law
12. Final test
