    norme stabilite
    3.-4. Il legittimo sospetto: i conflitti tra magistratura e governo; la reciproca
    delegittimazione
    5.-6. La riforma e la crisi del sistema scolastico in Italia: la riforma applicata e poi
    annullata; le nuove proposte del ministero; la complessit? della situazione
    universitaria.; le spinte ad una semplificazione
    7. Esercitazione in classe; dibattito su alcuni punti di vista emersi negli elaborati
