Course objectives
The aim of the course is to enable the students to practise and deepen their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in contractual spa accommodation and catering establishments, to create conditions for their professional development and their consequent successful employment on the market. Practical training should contribute to higher motivation of the students to use the acquired knowledge and skills in real establishments and at the same time to the development of their abilities to work with information, think in context, express own opinions, manage discussions, solve problems, work in team and prepare for managerial tasks and duties.
