Course objectives
Students will deal with the subject of library services both in terms of their differentiation and description and in terms of their further development. Emphasis is placed both on service evaluation and user satisfaction surveys, as well as on reporting and presentation of results. The course also deals with trends in library services, technology interconnection and service design issues. The exercises should follow the content of lectures.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- work with information sources specialized in measuring bibliometric indicators
- understand bibliometric laws and problems
