Stručná charakteristika předmětu: Cílem přednášek je seznámit studenty s vlivy kulturních tradic vzniklých na italské půdě a pronikajících od 13. století do celoevropského vědomí. Přednáška doplňuje poznatky získané v předmětu Dějiny a reálie Itálie. Je zaměřena převážně na úlohu nejvýznamnějších osobností v oblasti italského výtvarného umění, architektury a hudby v rámci Evropy tak, aby studenti nabyli základní přehled o stěžejních mimoitalských modifikacích italského kulturního dědictví. Kurz je rozvržen do dvou semestrů.
