- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce the fundamentals of development of law and law culture in Czech lands from beginnings till the foundation of the Czech republic. It is based upon the text of university textbook of J. L. Bílý: Law history on the territory of the Czech republic which contains the whole of desired material both from theoretical point of view and extract from legal sources and control questions and summary of supplementary literature.

4. Law of absolutist monarchy (beginning of the 17th century - half of the 19th century)
