- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to prepare students to create documents with different contents such as text, tables and databases.
- Syllabus
- Text editor: the environment of text editor, display settings, the principles of text creating, styles, formatting, typographical and aesthetic rules, inserting objects into the text, their properties, tables, templates, their use and creation, search and replace features, automatic spell checking, automatic creation of document content, export, import data, PDF format.
Spreadsheet: function, structure of tables, formulas and functions, addressing of cells, editing and filling cells, creating and editing graphs, filtering and sorting data, forms, conditional formatting, export and import data.
Relational databases: basic concepts and principles of relational databases, database structure, areas of application of relational databases, entering and editing data, import, export data, forms, reports, queries, filtering.
Database: Fundamentals of tables and the relationships between them, creating and maintaining tables, forms for easier loading and displaying data from a database, creating reports for printing, assembling simple selection and update queries.
