- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to inform students of the organisation and provision of accommodation services within particular accommodation establishments and their equipment, of the offer of basic and additional services, and of the specifics of dealing with hotel guests including fulfilling their specific requirements. The students will get the knowledge necessary for working in managerial positions in spa and similar establishments as well as the knowledge of the content of work of all the hotel employees. They will know the classification of accommodation establishments in the Czech Republic and abroad. At the same time they will learn about the possibilities of hotel software. An important part of the course is the consequent application of the acquired knowledge and skills in practice.
