Course objectives
The course is designed for both advanced and beginner players. Beginners will learn holding the bat, basic positioning and player alertness, basic hitting techniques and their use in the game. More advanced players can improve or learn individual strokes such as lift, topspin, drive, spike, chop, serve and serve reception. Gradually, players will become familiar with the tactics of defensive and offensive play, the specifics of singles and doubles.
