Course objectives
The course introduces students to the issues of project management, explains the basic concepts and establishes practical cooperation in the team. The output of the course will be a project report, summarizing the team's activities and project results. The course will teach students to define project objectives, formulate a strategy and teach them to plan actions within the framework of project management. It will teach them to relate these activities to team activities. The output of the course will be a project report summarizing team activities and project results. Selection of candidates is based on a cover letter, active participation in the project is a prerequisite.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to:
drafting project applications and monitoring reports;
know his competences for teamwork;
work in team.
