- Course objectives
- The goal of this course is to introduce the students into the area of team skills, structure and characteristics of a team and into the field of group work.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to:
1. define basic team skills, structure, team roles and important aspects for effective team cooperation
2. define and evaluate (on the basis of practical activities and exercises) their status within the study group from the point of view of team roles, communication or cooperation - Syllabus
- 1. Introduction to the theory of teamwork.
- 2. Objectives and standards. Leadership and management.
- 3. Teamwork and team building: group structure. Positions and roles. Atmosphere in the group.
- 4. Teamwork: solving problems.
- 5. Teamwork in the workplace and ethics.
- 6. Increasing Teamwork Efficiency.
- 7. Teamwork - realization of cultural festival.
- 8. Teamwork - realization of cinema project.
- 9. Teamwork - realization of theatre production.
- 10.-12. Individual community project and its presentation (festival, film, theatre project, scenic reading.

- Assessment methods
- 1. Active participation (70%) in lectures and seminars.
2. Work on the assignment during the semester, communication with team members. Active involvement in consultations.
3. Successful completion of the assigned task. Presentation of the project at the final meeting (individually or as a team).
