Course objectives
The aim of the course is to help students with the selection of the topic of the bachelor thesis, its correct processing and subsequent presentation during the thesis defence. Emphasis will be placed on mastering typographical rules and rules for writing a thesis of a professional nature.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to:
- use and cite literature;
- create the structure of the final thesis;
- prepare a presentation for the thesis defense
Syllabus
  • 1. Choosing topic of thesis, communication with supervisor, prepared templates.
  • 2. Principles of writing a professional text, main parts of bachelor thesis.
  • 3. Typographic principles.
  • 4. Use of sources, citations, reference list.
  • 5.–13. Preparation of the final thesis, consultations.
