- Teacher's information
The course is delivered through practically oriented seminars held throughout the semester. Activities may include movement, use of physical space, creative activities and relaxation techniques. Students are therefore advised to wear comfortable clothing and footwear and, if they have long hair, to bring something with which to tie it back. Instructions are given to the whole group before each activity begins; punctuality is therefore essential. No advance study of individual topics is required. The course study material is intended primarily to provide orientation, clarify key concepts and support reflection on experience.
- Further comments (probably available only in Czech)
