- After becoming familiar with content, goals and the organization of the course, as well as requirements for succesful completion, students of combined studies will, in addition to the recommend reading, independently study current contributions from the magazines Moderní řízení and Andragogika which relate to the r This will enhance the effectiveness of individual study. Students will send abstracts (up to 2-norm. pg./contribution) from the articles in question to the teacher by e-mail; this be a suitable base for ongoing communication with the teacher which will enhance the effectiveness of individual study.. Completing the assignments is a prerequisite for registration for the exam.

- Course objectives
- Subject Professional andragogy is oriented on a detailed analysis of on of the Andragogy sub-systems, as well as its aspects - starting with a theoretical-methodological base, by its functions, goals, organiziational forms, methods and means, process of creating the content of professional education (the design of educational activities - methodology for developing educational programs ) to analyze differences between particular company schools and self-education issues.
- Syllabus
- 1. The subject of Professional Andragogy (further only PA) and characterization of basic categories.
2. Methodological base of professional adult education - non-formal education; use of systematic approaches; use of models and modeling.
3. Systematic professional adult education as an instrument of social and economic changes - counter brain-drain; important professional educational systems: TWI, TTT, Carrard school, Baťa school etc.; important international institutions: ILO, FAO, UNIDO, UNESCO, OECD etc.
4. Goals, importance and functions of PA; trends and strategies for the 21 century; enterprise (productive social system - crucial activities related to market, consumer, wider enviroment) and professional adult education; institutes / manager-schools of companies.
5. Content of PA - according to specific functions and work positions of participants.
6. Methods, forms, resources, tools, educational technologies and didactic technology in PA.
7. Lecturer for professional adult education.
8. Adult participant of professional education; level of input and output diagnostics.
9. Analysis of professional educational needs - part of personnel planing.
10. Designing of educational activities - methodology of educational project/program creation.
11. Checking and evaluation of efectivity; categories of professional education quality - acreditation/certification; backflow of investmen to the educational activity.
12. Educational marketing and counselling strategy - part of personnel policy.
