- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The course introduces the meaning of law, law theory and law order in the state to students and in this frame it deals with basic law concepts and institutes and law systematic. In law system interpretation, the distinction of the public-administration and private-law level is stressed as well as the differentiation of procedural law and substantive law and classification by branch of law order in sequence of difference between individual circles of social relations as a subject of law branches. The frame of the interpretation is based on constitutional order in the Czech republic and harmonisation of Czech law with European Union law. The aim of the course is to lead the students to comprehension of the law role in law state and its functioning as well as the law system in the Czech republic and its place in the frame of international law and European Union law in particular. The course graduate will gain basic knowledge of law, including law principles, concepts and institutes and systematic internal as well as international, necessary for orientation in law aspects of practical problems solving which are presumption of other law disciplines study, enlarge general knowledge notably and strengthen law students 'consciousness.
