Course objectives
On a theoretical level, the course aims to familiarize students with basic terminology (general, selective, and indicated prevention; specific and non-specific prevention; school prevention strategies; minimum prevention programs, etc.) and the system of primary prevention of risky behavior. On a practical level, attention is paid to the preparation and implementation of the student's own proposal for preventive activities with regard to the selected area of risky behavior, the principles of effective primary prevention, and the needs of the target group. Students design their own preventive program, which will be part of their portfolio.
