- Cílem předmětu je vymezení základních pojmů v oblasti projektového managementu, definování rozdílů a specifikace jejich významu. Studenti jsou seznamování se základními informacemi o procesním modelu projektového managementu a přehledu jeho hlavních procesů. Účelem je identifikace nejčastějších problémů při řízení projektů. Nedílnou součástí studia je i charakteristika základních osobních předpokladů pro výkon profese manažera projektu, možnosti zvyšování kvalifikace a kariérního růstu jak rovněž etika výkonu profese manažera projektu.
- Learning outcomes (in Czech)
- Po absolvování tohoto předmětu bude student schopen:
- porozumět charakteristikám projektu, životních cyklu a různým fázím projektu;
- porozumět koncepci organizace projektu a analýzy proveditelnosti;
- aplikovat projektové techniky pro plánování, provádění a kontrolu projektu;
- určit zdroje s ohledem na faktory dokončení projektu, stanovit závislosti a délky úkolů s využitím softwarové podpory;
- aplikovat plán řízení rizik a analyzovat roli zúčastněných stran;
- pochopit odlišnosti v projektových standardech s rozšířením o agilní řízení projektu. - Syllabus (in Czech)
- Struktura výkladu:
1. Charakteristika a vymezení projektového managementu
Definice projektového managementu, jeho význam, úloha a využití projektového řízení. Základní znalostní oblasti projektového managementu. Standardy a standardizace v projektovém managementu. Agilní přístupy k řízení projektů.
2. Charakteristika a fáze životního cyklu projektu
Vymezení cíle projektu. Projektový trojimperativ. Organizační struktura projektu. Programy, portfolia a kanceláře řízení projektů. Fáze řízení projektů. Životní cyklus a fáze projektu. Základní procesní model projektového řízení.
3. Procesy projektového řízení
Základní procesní model projektového řízení. Charakteristika procesů projektového řízení. Iniciace a zahájení projektu. Plánování projektu. Realizace (koordinace), vlastní řízení projektu. Monitoring a controling projektu. Ukončení projektu.
4. Oblasti znalostí projektového řízení
Charakteristika a využití jednotlivých základních oblastí znalostí projektového řízení. Řízení integrace, rozsahu, času, nákladů, kvality, lidských zdrojů, komunikace a rizik projektu.
5. Role projektového manažera a projektový tým
Složení a vedení projektového týmu. Vymezení rolí členů projektového týmu. Kompetence projektového manažera. Řešení problémů, komunikace, vyjednávání a leadership. Zainteresovanost a motivace členů projektového týmu.
6. Rozpočet projektu a plánování rizik
Přístupy k sestavení rozpočtu projektu. Nástroje a techniky odhadu nákladů. Řízení nákladů projektu. Význam a postavení rizika v projektovém řízení. Kategorizace a hodnocení rizik. Protiopatření proti hrozbám.
7. Základní metody projektového řízení
Charakteristika následujících metod: metoda logického rámce, metoda síťové analýzy, metody agilního projektového řízení, matice odpovědnosti, vývojový diagram, Paretova analýza.

- The aim of the course is the delineation of the basic concepts in the area of project management, defining differences, and specifications of their implication. Students are being made familiar with essential pieces of information on the process model of project management and overview of the major processes. The aim is the identification of the most common issues in managing projects. The inseparable part of the study is the characteristics of the basic personal prerequisites for performing the profession of the project manager, possibilities of increasing qualification and career growth as well as project manager's ethics of profession performance.

- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is the delineation of the basic concepts in the area of project management, defining differences, and specifications of their implication. Students are being made familiar with essential pieces of information on the process model of project management and overview of the major processes. The aim is the identification of the most common issues in managing projects. The inseparable part of the study is the characteristics of the basic personal prerequisites for performing the profession of the project manager, possibilities of increasing qualification and career growth as well as project manager's ethics of profession performance.
