Syllabus
  • 1. Specifics and definition of digital companies | Differencies between digital and usual companies. Internet of things and Industry 4.0. Advantages of a digital company. Digitization as a competetive advantage.
    2. Digital tools for personal and team productivity | Tools and methods used for Time Management. SW programs for a team and company internal communication. Digital tools for a team project management.
    3. The audit of a digital readiness of companies | Definition and levels of a digital readiness. Digital and technological skills and competencies. Methodology of a digital audit readiness. The ways of dealing with audit outcomes.
    4. Digital transformation of a company | The ways of digital tools implementation into the company. Process and flow of a digital transformation. Management and technological aspects of a digital transformation.
    5. Digitization of business processes | Proces management and IT systems using process-aware approach. The methods for discovery, modeling, analysis, redesign and implementation of a business proceses in a digital form.
    6. Improvement of processes in a digital environment | Strategic task of the process improvement in the context of a business strategy. Reporting and requirements analysis of an IT solution. Proof of Concept approach. Piloting and prototyping.
    7. Data management, its analysis and evaluation | Iterative data evaluation and increasing of a digital maturity of companies. Setting the key indicators of a success. Operations with reporting indicators. Analysis of existing data and their interpretation. The ways of insights aquiring from available data.
    8. Automatization of business processes | Workflow, its management and digitization. Robotic process automatization (RPA). Process management systems. The ways to implementing the automatization systems into the company.
