Course objectives (in Czech)
Cílem kurzu je pochopit obecný vývoj mezinárodního a evropského chápání účetnictví a jeho legislativní úpravy včetně zásad vztahů mezi úpravou účetnictví v ČR a mezinárodním vývojem účetnictví. Snahou výuky kurzu je proniknutí do soustavy Mezinárodních účetních standardů. Nejedná se o hloubkovou studii všech aspektů IAS, detailně jsou však rozebírány standardy, které přímo souvisí s konsolidovanou účetní závěrkou. Zabývá se celou problematikou zpracování a sestavování konsolidovaných účetních výkazů skupin podniků včetně souvisejících legislativních otázek, vazby na situaci v EU i mezinárodní účetní standardy. Zahrnuje rovněž audit konsolidované účetní závěrky.
