- The course is intended to follow up the theoretical findings mastered in the course Management and to offer students an opportunity to get acquainted with essential managerial skills, which they will utilise in management of people in different situations. The course provides an insight into basic concepts, issues and theories of organization, management and leadership. In addition, useful tools for team work will be covered.
