Course objectives
Human potential is the most important resource or organizational efficiency. The course objective is to provide knowledge of contemporary approaches and methods to the management of innovation process in organizations. Students will be introduced to the issue of innovation management in the whole its complexity and the specificity.

    Innovation process and models of innovation processes. Conditions for development of innovation process in organization. Financing innovation process.
    Management of Innovations
    Planning and management of innovations. Implementation of an innovation strategy. Commercialization and diffusion of innovations. Innovation success factors.
    Measurement of Innovation Performance
    Innovation performance and innovation and innovative ability. Innovation capacity. Measurement of innovation performance.
    Methods and Approaches in Innovation Management
