The course is intended for anyone who meets the requirements for studying in the University of the Third Age program and wants to acquire or refresh their knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level.

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to prepare and teach intermediate students to understand spoken and written speech in areas that directly concern them, students can hold a conversation on these topics, they can communicate in common situations in a foreign country, they can talk about their experiences, plans, ambitions. Specifically, these are topics such as work, company, travel, cities, description of events around us. They can also explain and justify their actions, including in writing, most often in the form of an email. The aim is to lead students to more fluent and complex spoken and written speech, in which they can use complex sentences, and at the same time their vocabulary deepens and becomes more specific.
Learning outcomes
Communicate more effectively and handle discussions on topics such as travel, work, business, life around us, meetings, presentations, etc.
