Syllabus (in Czech)
  • 1. Vstupní diagnostika, bezpečnost při provádění pohybových aktivit.
    2. Nastavení sedla, cyklistický posed, kulaté šlapání.
    3. Technika jízdy na silnici - frekvence šlapání, rytmus jízdy.
    4. Technika jízdy ve skupině.
    5. Technika jízdy na horském kole.
    6. Jízda v terénu.
