Course objectives
Task of the subject is to provide clear information about the technical equipment of an operating business accommodation and activity of spatial, material and financial terms. The task is to inform the students with structure, job descriptions and management of the technical department. Students learn to assess the technical and technological equipment for the technical parameters, performance and economic performance. The course presents the latest trends in technology and technology operations of tourism, accommodation, dining and spa facilities.
