- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to provide students understanding of specifics of trading organisation with regards to problems of retailing. The highly developed countries pay their attention on retailing due to its importance not only in area of job creation, share in the GDP, but as well in customer need satisfying - which is considered as the main success criterion of every business company. The course is oriented mainly on the major developing component, which is the large and middle firms. The course can help to small businessman, which wants to succeed on the market next to large firms or different trade association.
- Learning outcomes (in Czech)
- Student bude po absolvování předmětu schopen: - charakterizovat vývojové trendy obchodu a maloobchodu a aplikovat je na prostředí České republiky, Evropy i světa, - identifikovat používané strategie v obchodě včetně marketingových přístupů, vysvětlit jejich význam a praktickou aplikaci s ohledem na tržní prostředí, - pochopit principy lokalizace prodejen a metodické přístupy k vymezení zájmové oblasti prodejen a odhadu kupního potenciálu, což je východiskem pro plánování prodeje, - vysvětlit zásady modelování organizačních struktur v obchodě a formy koncentrace a kooperace v obchodě z hlediska budování postavení firem na trhu, - vyhodnotit problémy řízení lidských zdrojů v obchodě a maloobchodě a vybrat vhodnou motivaci pracovníků s ohledem na podporu prodeje, - analyzovat vhodné metody operativního managementu se záměrem zajištění plynulého obchodního provozu.

The course can also be completed outside the examination period. - Teacher's information
- Running written test. Attendance in seminars 70 %.
The running test have to be done before the own written exam. The posibilities of E-consultation with tutor and personal consultation. The writhen exam evaluate the students knowledge of complete course scope.
