Course objectives
This course prepares participants for an active role as team leaders byproviding them with fundamental knowledge of leadership and opportunitiesto develop key skills. At the same time, it supports the development of theirattitudes, abilities, and professional competencies. During the course,participants will learn to recognize team dynamics and respond to them with appropriate actions.
Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the participant will be able to formulate and present their ideas more effectively. They will be capable of working with individuals as well as with a team on joint development. They will be able torecognize critical situations and know how to deal with them. They will master both basic and advanced leadership skills.

Gain knowledge of the differences between management and leadership.Gain knowledge of effective communication and providing feedback. Gain knowledge of facilitating team processes and reflections. Gain knowledge of the coaching approach and working with questions. Gain knowledge of change management and crisis management. Gain knowledge of planning,organizing, and delegating tasks.
