Course objectives
Mathematical description of some more complicated problems in economy, income analysis, and modelling both of the goods and money markets, everything at the bachelor level.
Syllabus
  • - multiplication principle, static multiplicator in a two-sector model
    - multiplicators in three- and four-sector models
    - accelerator and its interaction with the multiplicator
    - dynamical multiplication
    - income analysis
    - income equilibrium level, its mathematical and graphic expression
    - IS-LM model
    - investment function and the aggregate demand, IS curve
    - money market and LM curve
    - global economic equilibrium
    - fiscal and monetary politics
