Projekt představuje výzkumně podloženou žádoucí podporu inkluzivní politiky vzdělávání romských žáků ZŠ s předmětným zásahem do otázek rodinného prostředí, školního prostředí, otázek poradenství a kompetencí pedagogů a jiných pracovníků, angažujících se do řešené problematiky. Koncepčně je sestaven ze 6 KA, jejichž cíle zohledňují aktuální potřeby definovaných úkolů jednotlivých částí projektu, vedou terénní pedagogickou společnost k systemizovaným změnám, vedoucím k prevenci školní neúspěšnosti.

The project is a research supported by the desirable support of an inclusive policy for the education of Roma pupils in the elementary schools with a particular focus on issues related to the family environment, the school environment, advisory issues and the competencies of teachers and other staff involved in the problem. Conceptually, it consists of six KAs, the objectives of which take into account the current needs of the defined tasks of the individual parts of the project, lead the field pedagogical society to systemic changes leading to the prevention of school failure.
