František Langer was one of the most important interwar Czech theater artists - who were also 'theoretics': he influenced and formed our theater art not only by his artistic activities but also by his ´texts about theater´ (in a broad genre-thematic range).theatrical operations and notes on his own work after reflecting on the direction of Czech theater - this highly respected personality co-created the pages of periodicals (especially of the interwar period in the form of thinking about theater in a wide cultural context.
