Artykuł poświęcony jest tematyce górniczej w poezji polskiego poety z czeskiego Śląska Cieszyńskiego, Wilhelma Przeczka (1936–2006). Fakt, że Przeczek urodził się w kolonii górniczej w Karwinie, że jego przodkowie i krewni płci męskiej pracowali w tym zawodzie, pozostawił w jego poezji trwały ślad. Nie chodzi tu tylko o tematykę górniczą, ale także o symbole tożsamości lokalnej, takie jak wał, hałda, ale też dom i ojczyzna.

Článek je věnován hornické tematice v poezii polského básníka českého Těšínského Slezska, Wilhelma Przeczka (1936-2006). Skutečnost, že se Przeczek narodil v hornické kolonii v Karviné, že jeho předkové a mužští příbuzní pracovali v této profesi, zanechala v jeho poezii trvalou stopu. Nejde jen o hornická témata, ale také o symboly místní identity, jako je šachta, halda, ale i domov a vlast.

The author in his article deals with the mining theme in the poetry of Polish poet of the Czech Cieszyn Silesia Wilhelm Przeczek (1936-2006). The fact that the Przeczek born in a mining colony in Karvina, that his ancestors and siblings in the male tribe take up this profession, left his indelible mark on poetry. This is not just about mining theme, but also a symbol of local identity, such as a pit, heap, but also house and home.
