Abstract
Entrepreneurial competencies and satisfaction with current business are closely linked together. Their relationship affects not only the final success in business, but also their development. This was supported by a literature review. The aim of this chapter is to explain how competencies are important in the period of growth. the results of the field study are presented in the form of three scenarios, with more than 60% of variance explained. The results are based on the results of an empirical study (210 respondents) in the Czech Republic. Moreover, the study concludes that the competence basis in businesses must be internally strong to meet external challenges and changes successfully in the future.
