Abstract
Business Process Management (BPM) is an integrated approach which is using for improving corporate performance managing and optimizing of the most important business processes. BPM cover the full lifecycle of business processes such as identification, modelling, monitoring and automation. This complex lifecycle of business processes is supported by Business Process Management Suites (BPMS). Due to availability of BPMS is much easier for managers to design, analyze, build, modify and discuss business processes. The main purpose of this paper is to describe advantages, current trends and segmentation of BPMS, introduce the most known BPMS open source tools and provide its basic comparison based on four categories such as technical specification, use in practice/quality, installation and support.
