The purpose of the paper is to present the current state of the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in the Czech Republic small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) sector to access business information services. The paper is based on the research project on business information needs, seeking patterns and utilization of ICTs in the SME sector in the Czech Republic that was carried out from 2003 to 2018.
