Abstract (in English)
As part of the "Institutional Support Application of Customer Relationship Management Systems in Small and Medium-Sized Environments" project, we research the effects of foreigners on the working environment that have been created by changing the employment of foreigners on the labor market. We examined changing client relations due to special needs of foreigners too. Research is based on the exploration of autonomous systems on selected infrastructures and precedent analysis. The starting point was the analysis of the development of the number of foreigners in the Czech Republic by type of duration of stay. The interval between 1998 and 2018 was analyzed, a permanent residence and long-term stay. The analyzed group is a foreigner with a stay longer than 12 months. Source countries are compared with respect to the geographic distribution.
