This contribution is a memory of the recently deceased archaeologist PhDr. Vladimír Goš, CSc., who worked for many years in the Šumperk Museum and lectured at the Silesian University in Opava. The article provides an overview of the researcher's field and scientific activities in terms of contribution to archaeological knowledge.
