Abstract
Workshop se věnoval prezentaci vybraných prvků kulinárnícho dědictví Slezska na příkladu regionů Těšínsko, Opavsko, Horní Slezsko, Dolní Slezsko. Zabýval se historickými aspekty, uplatněním v gastronomii a turismu.
Abstract (in English)
The workshop was devoted to the presentation of selected elements of the culinary heritage of Silesia on the example of Těšín, Opava, Upper Silesia and Lower Silesia regions. It dealt with historical aspects and application in gastronomy and tourism.
