Abstract
The article compares Czech and Slovak tourism students´ attitudes to changing conditions in multicultural societies, labour markets and education systems. It focuses on mapping attitudes towards religious and cultural diversity, students' attitudes towards ethnic groups, the impact of multiculturalism on the current political, social and cultural processes. The goal of the survey is to identify differences in perceiving the attitudes among Czech and Slovak students
