Abstract
The paper discusses Anna Calviʼs album Hunter (2018) from the perspective of gender studies and queer theory, focusing predominantly on the representation of sexual identities. By going beyond gender, Calvi promotes the idea of dislocating masculinity, as she does not see masculinity and femininity as mutually exclusive categories. Instead, she proposes the concept of hybrid masculinity that challenges the social boundaries. The paper further addresses Calviʼs approach to the challenges of non-normative relationships, as well as stereotypes concerning intimacy of sexual minorities.
