Statistika ÚZIS k roku 2019 potvrzuje v České Republice 102 tisíc nemocných trpících demencí. Na 100 000 obyvatel připadá 582 osob s tímto onemocněním, což je 0,6 % populace. Článek mapuje vývoj demence od počátku po současnost.

The IHIS statistics for 2019 confirm 102,000 patients with dementia in the Czech Republic. There are 582 people with this disease per 100,000 inhabitants, which is 0.6 % of the population. The article maps the development of dementia to the present.
