| Prezentace pokrmů a nápojů českých zemích s hodnotou kulinárního dědictví na příkladu vybraných prvků stravování s nejasným, nevysvětlitelným, žertovným či jiným neobvyklým názvem, s využitím aktuálních výsledků vědeckého interdisciplinárního výzkumu, za účasti studentů, pedagogů, odborníků a dalších účastníků z řad laické veřejnosti. |
