The exhibition "(Un)ordinary life" of eighteen personalities was presented by the Riihisaari museum in Savonlinna in the south-east of Finland. Curator Jan Pohribný presented 150 works reflecting the theme of Bohemia and Czech people with their problems and joys. From Jindřich Štreit, he selected classical works created in the foothills of Jeseníky. The author has always been interested in the people of the neighborhood, whether in the days of communist rule or in the present. In that seemingly lost area, marked by the post-war transfer of the original German population and the arrival of new settlers, he records manifestations of values such as faith, hope and love. The exhibition "(Un)ordinary life" is one of the most extensive presentations of Czech photography ever held in Finland. It was successfully implemented in cooperation with the Czech Embassy in Helsinki.
