Anotace
V originále
Urban Exploration (URBEX) is an experiential exploration of abandoned and disused buildings and sites, so-called brownfields, with the aim of visually registering one's presence there, and at the same time experiencing the sensation of knowing something illicit and dangerous. Urbexer is well aware that his actions violate the law when entering someone else's often structurally disturbed and waste-laden property, often in a non-standard way and despite a clear prohibition. Given the increasing intensity of URBEX and its popularity among individuals and groups, it is necessary to identify the legal aspects of this conduct. The intention of this paper is to define, within the framework of Czech legal norms, the rights and obligations of the urbexer-explorer, a person who performs Urban Exploration as a voluntary, leisure activity, which, however, is associated with a number of risks and limitations.
