Management decision-making in small and medium companies is conditioned by the level of knowledge and skills acquired in the process of education and practice. The Faculty of Business Administration ensures this process, among other things, at the level of managerial informatics. AI is undoubtedly the priority technology in information technology at present, and business management needs to transfer not only knowledge, but also practical experience with the use of AI, especially at the level of decision- making and communication, into real practice. For these purposes, the EduAvatars project is being created at the OPF, which aims to implement an AI tool not only in the teaching process, but especially in the process of communication between actors in the educational process. Therefore, key aspects in- clude the analysis of the communication environment, especially from the perspective of communication actors, the analysis of the transfer and reception of knowledge, and the analysis of process efficiency using AI tools. This paper aims to introduce the EduAvatar project and its concept on a theoretical level.
