Abstract

In the original language

In English

This study guide is intended for students enrolled in the course Sociology of Culture. Its aim is to provide a clear and systematic resource based on the structure of the course, introducing readers to the fundamental concepts, theoretical approaches, and key texts of the sociology of culture in its broader sense. Through this text, students will acquire essential terminology and learn how to apply it in the analysis of contemporary cultural phenomena. Emphasis is placed not only on understanding theoretical contexts but also on developing the ability to critically interpret cultural and social reality and to identify its principal manifestations. The text is designed to be accessible even to readers without prior advanced knowledge of sociology, cultural anthropology, cultural history, or related disciplines.
