Regular studies at the Faculty of Arts of the SU at the time of the BIP, knowledge of the German language at B2 level.

Course objectives
The aim of the online phase is to get to know the Czech school system. The focus is on the special features of individual types of schools (target group, curricula, graduation, opportunities in professional life), alternative education options and social benefits in individual types of institutions. During the attendance phase, classroom observations and teaching internships will be carried out at various Czech schools in Opava, Ostrava and the surrounding area. A lot of space will also be devoted to discussion on this topic, discussing similarities, differences, pros and cons of all three school systems.
Learning outcomes
Knowledge of the school system in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic, expansion of language skills.

  • 1. Online-Phase Vorlesung zum Thema „das tschechische Schulsystem“ 2. Präsenzphase 1) Vorlesung und Workshop: „Drei Länder - drei Schulsysteme?“ - Das deutsche Schulsystem 2) Vorlesung und Workshop: „Drei Länder - drei Schulsysteme?“ - Das polnische Schulsystem 3) Diskussion zum Thema 4) Unterrichtsbeobachtung an verschiedenen tschechischen Schulen in Opava, Ostrava und Umgebung 5) Unterrichtspraktikum an verschiedenen tschechischen Schulen in Opava, Ostrava und Umgebung 6) Workshop: „Wie würde ein ideales Schulsystem aussehen?“ 7) Abschließende Diskussion und Auswertung
